Private Hire

The club is available for hire to club members and private individuals for Parties whether they be Christenings, Wedding, Wakes or just to party with friends. (Please see disclaimer at the bottom of the page)

Although the Club is available for hire Monday to Sunday for ease we have set up a calendar showing availability for the main days -Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Green the club is available while red means it is already booked.

Remember the club is not available Saturdays and some Sundays during the cricket season (Mid April until mid September)

We do not host Under 20s birthday parties (21st Parties are reviewed on a case by case basis)

HIRER’ ATTENTION DRAWN TO THE FOLLOWING

Hirers’ attention is drawn to the fact that Whitstable Cricket Club takes all reasonable precautions to ensure that the kitchen and catering equipment are clean and fit for use.

It is the hirers’ responsibility to check that the kitchen and catering equipment are clean before and after use by the hirer and neither Whitstable Cricket club nor any individual member of the Club can accept any responsibility to the hirer or anyone using the premises with the hirers’ express or implied approval during such time as the premises are hired to the hirer for any accident, injury, illness or other matter of a similar nature or any financial loss that might be incurred as a result of such accident, injury, illness or other such similar matter.

The hirer shall indemnify Whitstable Cricket Club against any costs incurred and/or damages imposed against the Club arising from the use of the Club’s premises by the hirer, or those authorised by or impliedly authorised by the hirer to enter onto the premises during the period of hire to the hirer.
